Refund/Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase, so please try on your new shoes on carpet to make sure they are the right size and fit prior to wearing them outside. We have a 90 day return policy, however we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn items.
Please complete the Return Items section that was included with your order and enclose it with your return. Please select your shipping carrier of choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS...) and we advise obtaining tracking information and insurance. You will receive credit on your account within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your package.
You also have the option to request a pre-paid FedEx shipping label by clicking here and we will deduct $10 from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
Important: Please send your return / exchange (in new unworn condition) back to us in the original shipping box that it arrived in, otherwise you will be responsible for a $7 re-boxing fee. If you are returning an item you are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
